This is a gem of a house situated right on Clear Lake in Seabrook, Texas. From the photo you can see it is a multi-tiered home directly on the water. One of the things I liked the best about the design are the lack of iron balcony railings --- in this house the "balustrades" are shatter-proof glass panels that provide an unobstructed view of the water.
And "on the water" is what this house is all about! The ground level has a free-form pool with attached spa and rock waterfall --- and then the dock level has 100 linear feet* of bulk-headed and lighted water frontage with a wood-planked boadwalk. But there's still more --- a large 2-story boathouse --- let me tell you about this beauty: its got a wood-planked boardwalk all around; interior hydraulic boat lift; and galvanized steel spiral staircase to the rooftop's open air wood-planked deck for hanging out, sunbathing, dining and entertaining. The boathouse accomodates a 40', 15,000 lb boat* and we're not TOTALLY sure about the upper deck, but we're PRETTY SURE there's loads of room up there for your friends PLUS a steel drum band ! : )
Let's pop open the SMARTePLAN and take a look.
Photos 1-4 show the family living space ... ie Living Room, Octagonal Glass Breakfast Room, and Kitchen with Breakfast Bar
Photos 5 & 6 show the Master Bedroom & Master Bath and Photos 8 & 9 show the VIEWS from the private balcony off the Master Bedroom (see those glass balustrades?!)
And, talking about VIEWs --- let's not forget Photos 10, 12 and 13... isn't that built-in boat dock SOMETHING!!!
And I almost forgot ... the ground level ... let's call it "Pool Level" has a humongous Game Room with full bath and Kitchen... whatta way to relax, enjoy and PARTY.
If' you've dreamed of living on the water --- you really NEED to take a look at this one!!!

[NOTE: SMARTePLANS are PDF files so they magnify to over 100%. When the file launches, click "View" on the top toolbar and make sure there is a checkmark next to the toolbar named "Select and Zoom". Every time you tap the plus key inside the circle the view screen enlarges (the minus key shrinks the magnification); and the magnifying glass with the plus sign in it marquee selects a specfic area of the drawings to be enlarged. Using the hand key and the scroll bars, its easy to move around inside the file, and then magnifying the features you want to see.]
