SMARTePLANS are digital floor plans with embedded photos uploaded onto MLS. Everytime a file is opened from MLS, or a photo is viewed, it is tracked by my statistical package. View Data like .... how often the floor plans are viewed from the MLS? ... which room photos are viewed most often? .... which search strings are used to find data? Which phrases used by Realtors in their own advertising shows up as a search string to find out more info about the property?
Each month a compilation of the data is forwarded back to all Realtors with active SMARTePLANS on MLS, who can review that data --- as well as see search strings people used to find the listing and other pertinent information.
