Diamond Beach, located at the western edge of Galveston Island’s famous Seawall, launched a grand re-opening celebration last week and its efforts have been paying off.

International Bancshares Corporation took possession of Diamond Beach in June and at the time, 42 units were still available for sale. To help increase sales, the resort created a new identity by implementing a marketing strategy that focused on the the property’s upgrades. Since then, nine units have been sold and interest in the property continues to grow.
