Last Friday night my wife and I dined at one of League City’s newest establishments, Luna’s, located in the Kroger anchored South Shore Marketplace at Highway 96 and South Shore Harbour Boulevard. The evening was cool so we sat out on their patio. Luna’s has only been open a few weeks, but they are already seeing some good sized crowds. You might think that their business is good because of the INCREDIBLE hot sauce, the nachos, enchiladas or the other items on their menu that are fantastic.
I believe though that they are doing well not only for the food, but because of their positive attitude. When you arrive, cheerful hostesses greet you when you open the door. While we were eating, Mike, the manager stopped by, greeting all the guests. Probably the most surprising greeting we received was from Crystal Ivey, Luna’s Public Affairs Director. She introduced herself and right away we talked about Luna’s involvement in the community and how they can be a part of the PTA and other organizations. An hour later we were still talking and she and my wife were swapping recipes.
Thanks to Crystal and the whole crew at Luna’s for making our night out a great experience all the way around.
Ask for Tony-best waiter in the world!
