Art Consortium of the Texas Gulf Coast opened its Second Street Gallery, located at 1509 ½ 2nd Street, Seabrook, on Saturday, May 11th. The grand opening highlighted works of local artists and Art Consortium members.
The Arts Consortium brings together artists, organizations and art enthusiasts to advocate, promote and provide opportunities to create and celebrate the arts for all Texas Gulf Coast residents and visitors. Through leadership and innovation, we are committed to preserving our cultural and creative diversity by building community where the arts are a vital part of everyday life.
Second Street Gallery not only gives local artists a place to show (and sell) their artwork, but also provides classes about a variety of media. Visit the Art Consortium’s website for more information and to see the variety of workshops and classes they offer.
