Texas City joins the company of other Bay Area cities, such as Clear Lake Shores and Nassau Bay, by announcing the opening of a farmers market. The Grand Opening of the Texas City Coastal Community Farmers Market will be held on Saturday, September 6; from 9am to 2pm; at 515 6^th Avenue North.

The grand opening kicks off the calendar of market days being held every Saturday and offers area residents another location to buy local and fresh items.
