There are many ways to pay for your new home in the 21st century. Kamica Hampton Realty is here to help you in any way possible by finding Homebuyer's Assistance Programs, etc.
The City of Houston's Housing and Community Development Department (HCDD) is a program which helps individuals and families to become responsible homeowners. This program was created to help qualified homebuyers purchase new or existing homes using financial assistance from the City. The City currently has three options: Houston Homebuyers Assistance, Houston HOPE and Workforce Housing.
All applicants must complete at least an eight-hour, in-person homebuyer education class from a HUD Approved Homebuyer Counseling Agency prior to their application being submitted.
