Inman News has reported that Lennar Corp. a builder of homes in The Woodlands and the United States is offering an iPad app that will help homebuyers browse through the builder's home catalogue.

The site also adds: "The myLennar iPad app allows users to see nearby Lennar communities like The Woodlands with new homes for sale, narrowing results by filtering on new home and community criteria.

Users can swipe picture slideshows of home photos, floorplans and community amenities, and sign in to save favorite homes and communities and compare plans.

Once it's time to buy, the myLenner app allows users to apply for a mortgage with Universal American Mortgage Co., the financial services subsidiary of Lennar Corp., which also operates as Universal American Mortgage Co. of California."

This way, it will be easier for homebuyers to know the offer that Lennar has in different communities, such as those in the greater Houston area.
