According to a report by risk management firm Veros Real Estate Solutions, 2013 is a good year for those who have been waiting for the right moment to buy a home in The Woodlands, as this report indicates that the market is finally at its lowest.

This report is based on an analysis made in 975 counties, 335 metro areas and 13,586 zip codes, included Houston real estate and houses for sale in The Woodlands.

The firm indicated that the top 100 metro areas in the U.S. will see see and approximate increase of 1.2 percent in home values. The low unemployment and affordable interest rates have contributed to the strengthening of the housing markets, according to Eric Fox, vice president of statistical and economic modeling at Veros.

Even if Houston isn’t among the top metros in this report, another report by Trulia, which has been covered in a previous entry of this blog, Houston real estate will be the healthiest in the country in 2013.
