Liberty Branch The Woodlands will be a traditional new neighborhood in
Creekside Park, a neighborhood built upon traditional town planning principles. The neighborhood will include a range of housing types, a network of well-connected, tree-lined streets, and public spaces within walking distance of schools, shopping, dining and recreation.
Liberty Branch The Woodlands is close to Timber Creek K-6 Elementary School, part of the Tomball ISD, and the new Creekside Park Village Center, which features a pedestrian and family-friendly village green with a sprayground. Liberty Branch will also include two parks: Liberty Square Park and Rockwell Square Park.
Four homebuilding companies have contracted to purchase all 400 lots in the new neighborhood in Creekside Park.
David Weekley Homes will have a sales trailer open this month. It will feature three different home styles in five different sections in Liberty Branch, with prices ranging from $400s - $900s.
Coventry Homes plans to open a sales trailer in August, with two models completed by late this summer. The homes will have features like oversized porches, traditional elevations, wood flooring, three-car garages, butler’s pantries, mother-in-law suites, covered rear porches, patios and outdoor kitchens. Prices will range from the $400s - $900s.
Palmetto Homes has a sales trailer onsite, with four models available for touring in October. Of the 84 lots Palmetto has contracted to purchase, 33 will be townhomes and 51 will be attached patio homes. Homes are priced from the $260s.
J. Kyle Homes plans to open a sales trailer this month, with one model opening in late September. Forty-three single-family homes are planned by J. Kyle, priced from the $400s to the high $500s.
