Midrise condos coming to Oak Forest?

About a month ago the custom home builder Fisher Homes placed this video on YouTube of a site at the corner of Judiway and Oak Forest titled simply " Fisher Estates at Oak Forest". There are no details given as they show the site from different angles to upbeat instrumental music, which has lead to speculation this may be another development like their current Morrison Heights midrise currently under construction near White Oak Bayou. With the hot market in the Oak Forest area this would be a great opportunity for anyone who wants to move into the near Loop area but finds the rapidly rising home prices beyond their reach.
