Palmer Crest is a gated neighborhood in The Woodlands Village of Cochran’s Crossing surrounded by the Palmer golf course. The 16 homes were built between 1997 and 2007. Homes range in size from 6,500 to 9,500 square feet. Lots vary from 50,000 to 80,000 square feet. All of the homes are $1 million plus.
