Listing Your Home For Sale In The Woodlands

Determining the value of your home is the first step in the process of selling your home. The Houston Association of Realtors(HAR) has created a short video of explanation.

As the video mentions, a Realtor knowledgeable about the specific market is crucial in determining the listing price. In addition to preparing a Comparative Market Analysis(CMA), I will ask your participation in several additional steps prior to arriving at the listing price. Often, I am asked about the home value estimates from Trulia or Zillow.
