The Woodlands real estate market includes Legacy Point! This neighborhood of 10 custom homes built by John Post is located in The Woodlands village of Indian Springs.

Built between 2001 and 2005, the homes range from 4,500 to7,800 square feet of living area. The lot sizes vary from 25,000 to 74,000 square feet.

As noted in the above chart, little resale activity has occurred in last few years. I would suspect there is a waiting list somewhere for this neighborhood due to style, size of homes, and location.
