We saw the impact of the first-time homebuyer tax expiration last month on written contracts. Now, the market is moving back into the annual seasonal curve. Inventory levels always peak in July. Realtors showing active listings to prospective buyers(showings) continue at a high level. Listings that meet the “ideal” definition are receiving multiple offers. Ideal still is defined as realistic price, location, and condition.
