Cinco Ranch in Katy, was at the top of the Texas list, and 3rd in the nation.  845 homes were sold in Cinco Ranch last year.  Great schools, great resident amenities, great roadway infrastructure were listed as reasons for Cinco Ranch's attractiveness.  Still building, Cinco Ranch is due to complete development in 2017, when the number of homes will total +/-15,000.

Riverstone near Sugar Land came in next with 791 homes sold last year, followed by The Woodlands who had 649 homes sold.
