The International Advisory Group of the Houston Association of Realtors planned a full day of educational sessions for our realtor members.  It was great day to learn all about Houston, our demographics, and the direction our city is moving towards.  We had great speakers ranging from Dr. Oscar Gonazales (talking about the profile of today's international buyer profile), Dr. Ted Jones (talking about Houston's economic landscape), Mr. Jack Steele (talked about what's going on in the greater Houston area).  So many interesting topics!  I was glad to speak on a panel with Mitch Creekmore (talked about Mexico) and Deborah Trahan (talked about Canada).  My topics was a spotlight on Asia, specifically the Asians inbound into Houston and the impact on our local real estate market.  It was a great day for all!
