We did it!!  Congratulations to Roxanne and Jeff Tate!  We closed on the sale of their beautiful Brook Forest home today.  This transaction took some interesting twists and turns with the buyers' financing but I am proud to say we made it to the finish line, safe and sound!  WE DID IT!!  Kudos to the buyer's agent, Pam Raney- a trooper going back and forth from The Woodlands to Clear Lake to help her buyer, and to Sandy Littlefield and her StarTex team!
