I sold a home in Telfair this weekend and the community was buzzing with home buyers looking in the 300K-450k price range. Not much inventory available as homes are selling fast. We were able to advise our buyer of some location concerns so they were able to purchase in a better location. Plus, our buyer will be getting $6400 from our realtor commission for selecting us to represent them!!! But beware, don't let the sales person steer you to an agent you don't know; we actually DO represent your interests in your home purchase.
