The latest school rezonng proposal shows Avalon at Telfair being rezoned to Clements High School from Kempner. As expected, portions of Riverstone are proposed to be moved to Elkins. We have been cautioning some of our buyers for years that some newer communities could face rezoning due to the distance from schools. Builders and developers, of course, often expressed differing opinions. We helped several of our recent buyers make some wise decisions by purchasing in the established neighborhoods rather than risk the school changes we have been seeing in the new construction neighborhoods.
