Fort Bend ISD moved forward with their rezoning plan. While Houston ISD showed restraint by delaying their magnet program reduction after community outcry, FBISD ignored the families in their district. This is a short term band aid and the communities that have been rezoned 3-4 times in the past eight years will likely be targets once again. And where is much of this need emminating; from the misrepresentation of Telfair Developers who sold their fast growing community on the basis of having a new high school and a second elementary within their community.
