Developers Asking Sugar Land City Council for more Apartments

Sugar Land stands to see declining property values as more and more high density apartments are pushed forward by developers. And as the market gets over saturated, what will become of Sugar Land's very well maintained existing apartment communities? Our healthy and minimal apartment market has made this a superior community, but developers need to line their pockets and high density does that best. If you are a resident of Sugar Land, demand your City leaders reject the push for high density apartments in Sugar Land.
