I am pleased to have two of my homes on the upcoming Sugar Land 12th Annual Spring Garden Tour. The tour will be held Saturday, May 7, 2011 from 9am to 4pm. The tour theme is "Sugar Land Gardens, Then and Now" and will feature 8 homes located in the Sugar Land historic neighborhood's of Belknap, The Hill and Venetian Estates. Tickets may be purchased at any of the homes for $12 for all 8 gardens and $4 for a single garden. 419 Brooks Street, built in 2006 will include a tour of the main floor of the home, as well as the gardens. 902 Piedmont is located on the lake in Venetian Estates and is now listed for sale. Tour tickets would make a great Mother's Day gift!
