Relocation and first time home buyers are still seeking to buy homes in the coveted Clements school zone area. The homes may be older but the stability of this market makes this a best bet for home buying. While the new home neighborhoods were once the "hot" market, I have seen those areas cooling due to a shortage or lack of neighborhood schools. Greatwood is also an area that I have been recommending since the new middle school and high school opened this school year. Greatwood is still a bargain and is truly a beautifully built community.
