Appraisers setting the market decline

October 2nd, 2009


Market price should be determined by a free market. Not so with the government intervention into appraisals. So many deals...so many reduced prices due to appraisals. I'm beginning to feel it is pointless to negotiate any sales price because the appraiser is going to determine the final price; and it seems to always be lower these days. SOOOOOOOOOOOOO frustrating!!!!!
