New Construction Still Most Desirable

While new construction luxury homes sit on the market, smart builders who are targeting the first time home buyer market are seeing brisk sales. We've been listing homes in this gated community just north of the Houston Heights and buyers are flocking to these custom homes in the high 190's to mid 200's range. Sugar Land builders could learn a thing or two from Mirador Builders!!!
