The homes loaded with professional upgrades (not the DIY quality) or those priced well below market. Buyers are holding out and rarely making a move on the "just OK" home. Of course, homes in the Clements school zone are still top sellers. Riverstone and Telfair are still seeing brisk sales of the new homes. I just sold a new Trendmaker home in Riverstone and have two homes under contract in Telfair.
