Sugar Land Neighbors Come Together

October 9th, 2009

Tired of the same old tract home neighborhoods. We can help you discover "small town charm" in Old Sugar Land. We hosted a National Night Out party at our home on historical Brooks Street in Sugar Land on October 6. Our home was constructed in 2006 on a homesite that had a home built in the 1950's. Taxes are low at 2.06 and there is no HOA in this community. We love the charm of the older neighborhoods but wanted a new home. Building on your lot might be the answer for you and we have the experience to guide you through the process.
