I spent this past Sunday in Telfair with clients. The builder inventory was very limited and the sales reps were not offering any discounts as they bet on those desperate relocation buyers to come in and pay top dollar for the few homes they have. Finally some good news for sellers who don't have to compete with those huge builder discounts.
