City Sugar Land Town Hall meeting

June 24th, 2009


 The city of Sugar Land is holding a town meeting this Thursday, June 25 at 5:30 pm regarding the Imperial Sugar Mill redevelopment. Local news is reporting that Johnson Development (Sienna and Riverstone) is replacing one of the previous partners. Looks like the originally proposed mid priced southern style/historical custom homes will become more tract homes or multi family. Hope I'm wrong. The previous developer had the prefect concept in this historical area.
