The beautiful Sugar Land master planned community of Greatwood has long struggled with the Junior and High School distant locations. Finally, the new schools are set to open in  2010 just south of the community. I expect the same exemplary ratings found in the Greatwood elementary schools will transfer into the new secondary schools. Homes prices have not yet been affected but I predict we'll see increasing values.
