Locally Owned Builders Thriving in Sugar Land Market

Local home builders David Weekley Homes and Perry Homes have been thriving in the local new home market. 

And now, welcome back Newmark Homes Houston. This home builder was founded in 1983. Newmark Homes co-founder Lonnie Fedrick will serve as chairman of the new company. Newmark is buying a majority of the local assets of bankrupt home builder Tousa who bought Newmark in 1999 and filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection early last year. Newmark Homes Houston will be locally owned, operated and financed. Congratulations to a great team we've all come to respect in the local market.
