Here on a Visa?

If you are here in the USA on a Visa (tourist, OR working) and you sell a property, did you know that the title company must hold back 10% of your proceeds, and send to the IRS?  Jennifer Hernandez with Patriot Bank Mortgage told me that this week. They want their piece of the pie before you leave the country, thats for sure.
