The Belle Meade apartments, named after the River Oaks street it faces called Bellemeade, are ready for occupancy.  I have previewed this building and it is remenicent of posh, boutique-style apartments for the wealthy, pretty people of Melrose Place.  The Belle Meade only has 119 units that overlook a central pool. The units range from 1000 to 1800 square feet and priced from $2000 to $4000 per month. Walking distance to the trendy new Red Room bar, Gables development and the classic stand-by Chuy's, residents who are new to the neighborhood and those who have lived here all their lives will be right at home.
