Harder to get a FHA loan in 2010?

It may be harder to get a FHA loan starting Jan 1, 20210. The Federal Housing Administration will tighten credit standards and implement new rules for appraisals on Jan 1. This is primarily due to the FHA's capital reserve slipping below mandated minimums.
