The space is still not ready for commercial tenants but the word is that it will be ready in the next 40 days. So far commercial tenants who are on board are restaurants/bars including Cru, Swig, Wildfish, Ad West and Zaika. A spa called Rome will also attract a crowd. Design Source, a furniture retailer, was meant to occupy 12,000 square feet but the space was not ready in time so they are no longer going to move into the lux West Ave development.  In addition to the 190,000 sf of retail space, West Ave has 389 luxury apartments to lease starting at $1400/mo.  Traffic anyone?
