The McCord group just announced it's official termination of their high-end residential development at Las Palmas and West Alabama. They has planned to tear down the older townhomes there to make way for luxury patio homes. The adjoining neighbors in Lynn Park were grateful that it was not going to be a high-rise but now are grateful to stave off the noise and inconvenience of construction. The McCord group plans to re-sell the older townhomes that they had evacuated in the course of their plans for demolition.
