The Endeavour High Rise in Clear Lake

The Miami-like high rise in Clear Lake, called the Endeavour, started strong but went to foreclosure. A partnership named, Wonmore Ltd., won the bid to buy the 44 foreclosed condos at a price of $9.5 M. Looks like this 30 story building is back in business! Viva Miami...I mean Clear Lake!
