The city has yet again denied another request of Ashby High-Rise for additional driveway and access permits which would have allowed the developer to expand office and retail space. The city decided that the traffic flow would be too great on Bissonnet for these permits but the developer still has approval for the "basic" building. Give 'em an inch and they want a mile.
