At the Houston Builder Foreluncheon on January 11, Mike Inselmann had positive words of encouragement. As President of Metrostudy, Inselmann noted that we are in the recovery stage but are still dealing with depressed home values and difficulty getting loans. While he expects an increase in new homes starts, Inselmann does not forehuge developments breaking ground in the near future.
