As discussed in my blog on November 3rd, the Mosaic high-rise is in bankrutcy and the Montage was hanging in there. Now the Montage high-rise has filed bankruptcy as well. The two 29-story buildings were built in 2005 and just did not attract the anticipated buyers in the Med Center area. Developing a high-rise in Houston is still tricky business.
