Greenwood King Properties dominated the market share in West U in 2009 with 30% market share of the combined buy and sell sides. This is no surprise as GK is West U's leader year after year.
In 2009, the highest sales price was $3.3 million; lowest sales price $285,000; median sales price $772,500. May through August brought the highest number of closings for the year which is consistent with year's past.
New construction home sales have been down the past two years. In 2009, 27 NC homes sold. In 2008, 45 NC homes sold. In 2007, 83 NC homes sold. This decreased level of high priced homes effects the average sales price. The average sales price in 2009 was $886k verses $940k in 2008.

I don’t think that there is nobody who is unaware of property slump. I don’t know how to manage or overcome this worst slump. it but it seems that it is higher and higher year by year, actually economically crises in the whole world that’s why every business going down. Boligsalg
