A new garden at the corner of Westheimer and Edloe claims to provide inner healing. St. Luke’s Church just completed a circular labyrinth of 18” tall boxwoods to provide a place of solitude and some say a source of inner healing. Through history, garden labyrinths were thought to provide spiritual rest and wellness. Over the past several years, an increasing number of hospitals and wellness centers have built labyrinths with the intent of proving their guests with inner peace and stress relief. I don’t know about you, but I am going to try it out!
