I just showed this darling house that is new on the market. 1809 Sharp Place - yes, it's that street with the large courtyard between the houses that the River Oaks HOA dues pay to maintain. What a great concept!   This 1930's house was most likely designed by noted River Oaks architect Hiram Salisbury - we just can't locate the original floor plans. This cottage like home is darling inside and out. The lovely landscaping the pathway to the front door. There is  wonderful sunken sun room with beamed ceiling and exposed brick floors. I love the several pocket gardens with French door access around the house.  Negative may be garage access from Shepherd and someone may want to update things like wiring.
