A note from River Oaks Property Owners:

Dear River Oaks Neighbors:

Monday, May 31^st is Memorial Day and there will be no garbage pickup.  Garbage regularly scheduled for Monday pick up will be picked up on Tuesday and Tuesday's  pickup will be made on Wednesday.

There will be no change in the remainder of the week's schedule.  

The Patrol Department advised me that we are having yard crews and construction crews violating the deed restrictions on the allowable days and hours they can work.  The patrol is instructing the offenders to stop their work, but this task is consuming more time now that the growing season is upon us and construction projects are starting or resuming work.   Please remind your yard crews and your contractor especially on Saturdays that they are subject to the following deed restriction:

"Prohibits construction work and lawn maintenance work at any time on a Sunday or on a Saturday or holiday before 9:00 a.m. or after 1:00 p.m.  Prohibits construction work on a weekday that is not     a holiday before 7:30 a.m. or after dusk or 7:00 p.m., whichever is earlier.  Prohibits lawn maintenance work and landscaping work performed by third parties on a weekday that is not a holiday before 8:00 a.m. or after 5:00 p.m."
