The Chronicle just printed an article that per HPD, 77019 is in the top 10 safest zip codes in Houston. It makes me wonder when the study was done as there have been so many issues in RO recently! I'd hate to live in one of the top ten worst zip codes the article also cited - mainly in Alief. Safety is near the top of Maslow's hierarchy of needs - we all need to feel safe!
