June's existing home sales at 4.89 million a little bit better than estimates of 4.83 million. This is the third monthly increase in a row. Even better the supply dropped to 9.4 months from the prior read of 9.8 months. This is the best level seen in over a year.

This is national, not Houston, but it shows the over all trend that the country is improving.
