One of our experienced agents will be logged in during normal business hours and ready to assist you.  If we are not live and it is after hours, you can use the chat client to leave us a message. We take pride in getting back to you as quickly as possible.  Even if we are offline, it shouldn’t take very long for us to get back to you.  We hope you will take advantage of this great new feature.  Don’t forget that there are no stupid questions only stupid answers.  We will try our best to alleviate you of the former.
