The City of Friendswood Parks and Recreation Department is offering Men's DD, Men's D, Coed and Men's Church Softball league starting on Sunday, February 27th for Men's D/DD and Coed and Monday, February 28th for the Men's Church League. The "D" league is competitive and the "DD" is recreational. Leagues will run for seven weeks with prizes going to the top two teams. Games will start at 4:30 p.m. for Coed and 6:30 p.m. for Men's and teams will play double headers each week for a total of fourteen games. The top teams will play in a championship playoff for each league at the end of the season.

Registration Deadline is Wednesday, February 23rd for both Sunday and Monday Night Leagues. The cost is $230 plus umpire fees ($15 per game and paid at plate) and a $60 Forfeit Fee Deposit (Separate Check). Games are played at the Friendswood Sportspark, 2910 W. Parkwood. Registration takes place Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. at the Parks and Recreation Department in City Hall, 910 S. Friendswood Drive. Visa and MasterCard are accepted.
