REMEMBER TO REGISTER TO VOTE!

The deadline to register to vote is April 14, 2011, in order to be eligible to vote in the May 14, 2011, City of Friendswood General Election. Friendswood City Secretary Melinda Welsh advises that all registered voters should be in possession of a colored voter registration card. If you are unable to locate your card, please contact the Voter Registrar in either Galveston or Harris County, whichever county you reside in. Postcard voter registration applications are available in the City Secretary's Office at City Hall and at the Library. It is very important for voters to bring their voter registration card to the polling place at Friendswood City Hall when they go to vote.
